NCC have launched a “Buy with Confidence Scheme”, to enable consumers to find local businesses who are Trading Standards approved.  Trading Standards vet and visit every applicant and they must pass stringent tests before being accepted onto the scheme.  Feedback is actively encouraged and should something go wrong the business must deal with the complaint in a fair and equitable manner.  If a complaint cannot be resolved Trading Standards will attempt to assist in reaching a solution.
